Right of Withdrawal

Customers in select regions, including the United Kingdom and Israel, have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
This policy ensures health and hygiene standards are maintained, especially for cosmetic products

For customers in Canada, withdrawal rights apply only if the product is defective or not as described.

Refunds

Once your withdrawal request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Standard shipping costs will be included in the refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Please note:

Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refunds
This includes cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene-related products
Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made products
Opened cosmetic or hygiene products, unless faulty

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, except where required by law.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

To maintain fair pricing and reduce waste, a standard €15 refusal fee will apply if an order is:

Refused at delivery
Not collected from a pickup point
Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

This fee helps cover shipping, return handling, and restocking costs.
